The hike into Canyon de la Zorra is a great way to explore the base of Cabo San Lucas' mountain range, the Sierra Lagunas. Your tour begins with a drive through the small agricultural town of Santiago out to the canyon where freshwater flows over huge granite boulders creating gorgeous pools.
Your professional guide will lead you along a canyon path as he provides descriptions of the flora and fauna found in the Baja. Your hike ends at a spectacular waterfall that cascades into a large pool where we stop for a swim. It's hard to believe this oasis exists in the middle of the desert.
The hike is moderate because of all the boulders we have to climb over and around. There is a small amount of elevation gain. The tour includes a an experienced guide, park entrance fee, beverages, snacks and a lunch.
