While in the south of Spain, don't leave without venturing to two of Spain's most picturesque cities, Jerez and Cadiz. Jerez is the largest municipality in the province of Cadiz and one of Spain's major agricultural centers. The city also prides itself on its world-famous wine industry. Cadiz is the capital of the province that bears its name, and it is regarded as one of Europe's oldest and most beautiful cities.
After a one hour ride in an air-conditioned coach, you will begin your tour of Jerez at the Cathedral of Wine, so named for its exquisite, high-quality wines and its cathedral-shaped bodegas. During your visit, you will get the chance to taste some of these delicious wines. You will then continue your Jerez tour at a spectacular equestrian show, where you will see Andalucian horses jumping and performing outstanding tricks. After witnessing this magnificent performance, you will journey to Cadiz. While at this historic town, you will have free time to eat lunch.
You will begin the second part of your tour with a scenic bus tour of Cadiz. On this Cadiz bus tour, you will ride all throughout the city, passing Cadiz's major attractions, such as the Plaza de Mina, home of the Museum of Cadiz, and the Plaza de la Catedral, which takes its name from the famously beautiful Cadiz Cathedral. At the conclusion of your Cadiz tour, you will make the scenic journey back to Seville.
