See the underwater world in a whole new perspective during your visit to Coral World. The park is designed so that all members of the family can see the treasures of the undersea world up close.
After checking in at the front gate of the park, where you will be given a map of the park. During your three hours of free time, explore the numerous exhibits which include:
The Undersea Observatory Tower - The only one of its kind in the Caribbean where you can go 15 feet below the water’s surface to see marine life in the wild.
The Caribbean Reef Encounter – A 80,000 gallon coral reef aquarium that you are in the middle of. It is home to an amazing array of local corals, sponges, fish, sea anemones, lobsters, conchs, stingrays and other marine creatures.
Marine Gardens – A gallery of 21 jewel tanks that provides intimate and stunning views of hundreds of marine species in their unique habitats.
Shark Shallows - A large pool that is home to the juvenile sharks. View a variety of sharks from above and below which may include nurse, lemon, blacktip and reef sharks.
Stingray Lagoon – Home to Southern Stingrays that like to bury themselves in the sand when they are not gliding around the pool.
Turtle Pool – home to rescued green sea turtle hatchlings who are now permanent residents. Coral World also serves as a rehabilitation center for sick or injured turtles.
Critter Corners – Is an up-close look at other animals that live outside the water in the Caribbean. A walk-through aviary, habitats and a nature trail are home to parrots, iguana, ducks, tortoises as well as native plants and trees.
