With the flexibility this Florence hop-on, hop-off tour provides, you can listen to the commentary that explains the sights as you cruise by in an open-air double-decker bus, or jump off at one of the 15 stops to explore for yourself. Your Florence bus tour includes a ticket valid for 24 hours, so you'll have plenty of time to explore Pitti Palace, Santa Croce, Piazzale Michelangelo, and the Duomo. No tour of Florence is complete without seeing Michaelangelo's David or Botticelli's Venus, so make sure to hop off the bus to see them.

Your hop on, hop off tour also includes free wifi, an app that has a pre-recorded walking tour and live positions for the buses, and access to the Inside the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center for maps, information about the city, and any questions you may have. There is no better way to explore the art, architecture, history, and culture of Florence than with this excellent guided bus tour.

Please Note: The Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center is closed until futher notice due to construction. There are two bus routes with varying schedules and tour durations. Route A runs every 15 minutes from April to October and every 60 minutes from November to March, and it takes approximately 1 hour to complete the route without getting off. Route B runs every 30 minutes from April to October and every 2 hours from November to March, and it takes approximately 2 hours to complete the route without getting off. From November to March, the Piazzale delle Cascine and Shelly Cascine stops on Route B will not be in operation. The tours are narrated in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Russian. First and last tour times vary by route and by season, and will be detailed in your electronic ticket.

Recommended Dress
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, flat-soled walking shoes. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are suggested.
Restrictions
This tour can accommodate customers with a folding wheelchair. Customers must be able to walk short distances and/or a few steps on their own. Children ages 4 and younger may attend the tour free of charge with advanced notice at the time of booking. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring luggage, awkwardly-sized bags, big backpacks, or bulky baggage on board the bus. Medium to small sized domestic animals are permitted on the bus, provided that they are on a leash and muzzled, or in a pet carrier. The pet carrier must be clean, in good condition, and must not contain food. The owner must ensure the animal does not disturb, damage, or dirty other passengers, the bus staff, or their possessions. The owner or the holder of the animal is liable for any damage caused by the animal. The driver can deny the animal access at any time if they believe that the animal might damage or compromise the bus or passengers' security. Any passenger who does not follow these restrictions, or whose animal has been denied access by the bus driver, is not eligible for a refund.
