Your DC day tour will begin with the famous US Capitol Building. With its "wedding-cake style" dome at the peak of Capitol Hill, the Capitol building is home to the United States Congress. Venture to the Washington Monument that honors the country's first president. Your tour will continue to see the World War II Memorial and its 56 pillars, each representing of a state or territory of the United States, circled around a beautiful fountain with a scenic view of the Washington Monument.

Tour the historical Jefferson Memorial, with excerpts of the "Declaration of Independence" engraved on the walls, and the FDR Memorial. Visit the Martin Luther King Memorial, which includes a statue of the Civil Rights leader that stands 30 feet high with the words, "Out of a mountain of despair, a stone of hope" from King's famous "I Have A Dream" speech embedded in the rock.

Continue to be amazed as you visit the Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, and Iwo Jima Memorial, all of which pay respectful homage to those who made the greatest sacrifice for our nation. Next, visit iconic Lincoln Memorial. Tour this Greek Doric-style monument built to recognize one of the most influential presidents of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, and read through Lincoln's historic speeches, known as The Gettysburg Address and his Second Inaugural Address.

If you are touring between late March to mid October (exact dates may vary), you'll take a yacht cruise to see the capital from a totally different perspective. If you are in DC between late October and early March (exact dates may vary), you'll visit the Pentagon Mall for some time on your own to relax and enjoy the sights, and see the Pentagon and the Air Force Memorial. At the last stop of your tour, you will discover one of the most memorable addresses in the world: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. View the 55,000 square foot White House from the front gates in its entirety, with six floors, 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms, 412 doors, and over a century of fascinating history.
