This dive is for certified divers only. Divers who have not logged a dive within the last 3 years will be required to complete a refresher program prior to joining any scheduled dives. A valid C-card and picture ID will be required at check in.
Guests need to be in good physical health and cannot have asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, a personal history of heart attacks or heart problems, strokes, or recently-diagnosed high blood pressure. Persons taking antidepressant medications or other potential contraindicated medications, and pregnant women may not participate. Guests must be able to equalize their ears without problems, as they would in an airplane. Young children must be of adequate size to fit into the equipment, and capable of carrying a 40 pound tank on their back. Children under the age of 18 must participate with a parent or guardian. Children must be 4 years of age to be on board the vessel.

If you cannot pass the questionnaire, or do not have the required physician's statement, you will not be permitted to dive. Guests not able to dive will not be entitled to a refund, so please look at the questionnaire BEFORE booking this tour.
